WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Our Conceptual Master Plan Package is designed as a conceptual-only service.
Unless added separately, we do not provide:

• Construction drawings

• Exact dimensions or layout measurements

• Irrigation or lighting plans

• Engineering, grading, or drainage plans

• Permitting documents

• Quantity takeoffs

• Construction supervision

Your contractor will verify measurements, determine constructibility, and execute the design using their preferred methods and industry standards.

HOA Submission Package

A clean, simplified submittal package formatted for HOA review. Includes a scaled plan image and required labeling based on the approved design.

Additional 3D Perspective Views

Ideal for showcasing special areas or gaining clarity from different angles. These views match the rendering style of your included perspectives.

Contractor Coordination Meeting

A collaborative review session with your general contractor to walk through design intent, materials, features, and expectations before installation begins.
A client favorite for eliminating miscommunication.

Installation Support

Optional guidance during construction, which may include:

• On-site walkthroughs

• Plant placement support

• Material review

• Clarification for field adjustments

Available hourly or as a fixed fee depending on project complexity.

Construction Document Package

For clients seeking a more detailed technical package, we offer construction-oriented drawings that build upon the approved Conceptual Master Plan.

This package may include:

• Dimensioned layout plan

• Hardscape materials and layout notes

• Minor spot grades (non-engineered)

• Conceptual drainage notes

• General construction details

These documents are not engineered; contractors must verify all dimensions, drainage needs, and code compliance.

Hourly Supplemental Design Services

For special requests, alternate layouts, or any custom design needs not covered by the standard package.
