Founded by landscape designer David Schmidt, Township brings nearly two decades of experience across residential design, community development, and construction. That experience shaped a simple belief: a great landscape should be beautiful, functional, right for its place, and ready to be built.
Every project begins by understanding the people, the property, and what’s possible. From there, we shape a clear design vision and carry it forward through renderings, design documentation, and construction.
