Refund Policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but I also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in my courses. I offer a 30-day refund period for purchases, less the cost of any mailers or physical items I send you when you sign up. However, to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you completed the work in the course. Please note that if you select the three-payment option, I am unable to stop payments without a refund request being submitted. 

 

If you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, please contact me at [email protected] within 30 days of enrollment and let me know that you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not submit your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

 

  • Requirement 1: Complete and attach the assessments from the "Group Coaching Calls" Worksheet
  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach your "Course Outline Masterpiece" (It must be at least three pages in length and fully fleshed out with ideas, insights, examples, and stories.)
  • Requirement 3: Complete and attach your "Course Offer" (In a Google document, include details of all five areas of your offer, including Promise, Content, Bonuses, Support, and Guarantee.)
  • Requirement 4: Attach the MP4 files of three recorded course lessons for your course. Each Watch video must be at least seven minutes in length.
  • Requirement 5: Attach a link to your Members site and screenshots of your content that is loaded into the Members area.
  • Requirement 6: Tell me why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you didn't get once you were inside the program?

 

I will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full program fees, regardless of whether you complete the program. 

 

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, with the required coursework completed at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments under your payment plan. 

 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by 4419 Media, LLC. To further clarify, I will not provide refunds after 30 days from the date of your purchase. All payments must be made promptly. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
