In the Studio: RISE Corporate Headquarters

RISE, a nationally recognized real estate development company, approached Alex Reed of R & R Northeast Florida to reimagine the outdoor spaces surrounding its Jacksonville headquarters. Alex contacted us for assistance, and after a site visit and lunch, we determined that our goal was to create a multifunctional landscape reflecting RISE’s culture of connection and innovation.

The new concept weaves together a shaded deck beneath mature live oaks, a lakeside patio framed by a beautiful circular seatwall with a flowering tree at its center. The entry was redesigned to host colorful, tropical-themed plantings, tall majool palms, and evergreen hedges. Additionally, spaces for axe throwing, horseshoes, and food trucks were provided, all linked by flowing paver walkways and lush plantings.
